Crime Scene Preservation – launch of latest NPW film.

National Pubwatch is pleased to announce the release of its latest short film. The film titled Crime Scene Preservation shows the simple steps that licensee Pubwatch members and their staff can take to ensure that crucial forensic evidence is not lost or contaminated at a crime scene.

The films scenario focuses on a fictional drink spiking incident where bar staff respond positively to a safeguarding issue to protect the victim, detain the suspect and preserve the scene.

The film is available to view on the NPW YouTube page and we hope it will prove useful as a training aid for Pubwatch schemes wishing to improve their response to dealing with serious crime.

We would like to thank the management of The Scotch Bar, Windsor for the use of their premises in the making of the film and the assistance of officers from Windsor Town Centre Neighbourhood Policing team and Thames Valley Police CSI who added authenticity to the efforts of our professional actors.
